采用單一來(lái)源采購(gòu)方式的原因及說(shuō)明：該院擬采購(gòu)的全自動(dòng)單劑量錠劑分包機(jī)維保服務(wù)，是用于該院現(xiàn)有Xana-4001CN、Xana-U4002分包機(jī)，由于設(shè)備分包方式、速度、工作原理上均有較大差異，且由于知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)和技術(shù)保護(hù)措施，其他廠家不具備維保技術(shù)服務(wù)能力，維保后還需有原廠資質(zhì)的工程師調(diào)試，設(shè)備才能達(dá)到使用需求，因此具有唯一性。根據(jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購(gòu)法》第三十一條及74號(hào)令《政府非招標(biāo)方式采購(gòu)管理辦法》相關(guān)規(guī)定，同意使用單一來(lái)源采購(gòu)方式采購(gòu)。
